A brilliant, deep ruby in colour possessing a rich nose of crushed raspberry and strawberry intermingling with herbs and liquorice. Juicy and lush on the palate, packed with red fruit and white pepper with supple tannins. One hell of a match for sirloin steaks or roast chicken.
