FIRM & HARD CHEESE
Devonshire Red - 150g
Quicke’s West Country version of Red Leicester has a vivid orange hue and a moreish, nutty flavour. Made with milk from Quicke’s own herd of cows it is clothbound and the sunset colour comes from the addition of annatto - a natural vegetable dye. The truckles are matured for six months.
Black Bomber - 200g
Otherwise known as ‘The Terrorist’, the multi-award winning Black Bomber cheddar is a modern classic. As the Snowdonia Cheese Company’s flagship cheese, it marries a rich and tangy cheddar flavour with a smooth creaminess that lingers on the palate. The Black Bomber has won accolades at The Great British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards and a Super Gold at Mondial Fromage in France.

SOFT & SEMI SOFT CHEESE
Baron Bigod - 250g
Made from an authentic French recipe, Baron Bigod is the UK’s only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese. The milk is from Fen Farm’s herd of Montbeliarde cows which produce wonderfully rich milk from the abundant variety of grasses and herbs that grow on the grazing land surrounding Fen Farm. Aged for up to eight weeks, the result is an exceptional cheese recognised for its complex, earthy and mushroomy flavours.
Golden Cenarth - 200g
There’s a peachy blush to the rind of this Welsh beauty, which comes from being regularly bathed in cider as the cheese matures. Made with organic milk from the Teifi Valley, the washed rind gives the semi-soft cheese a gentle earthy aroma, which is complemented by nutty, savoury flavours and a rich almost smoky depth. Golden Cenarth is one of several award winning cheeses developed by Carwyn Adams at Caws Cenarth.
Golden Cross - 225g
A mould ripened, charcoal rubbed soft ashed goats cheese made with raw milk from our own goats and vegetarian rennet. A fantastic goats log made by Kevin and Alison Blunt in Sussex, this cheese is fine and firm when young, but becomes dense and creamy as it matures. This version is matured for up to eight weeks and made by hand with a white penicillium rind rubbed with charcoal. The cheese has won numerous awards over the years including The Best Soft Cheese and Best Raw Milk Cheese at the Artisan Cheese Awards.

BLUE CHEESE
Oxford Blue - 300g
A British cheese to knock the socks off Dolcelatte and Gorgonzola, Oxford Blue is a moist creamy cows’ milk cheese that has a wonderful aromatic finish. Not as spicy as Stilton with a softer, more giving texture, the cheese has an approachable and comforting, mellow quality that has delighted cheese connoisseurs.
