FIRM & HARD CHEESE
Devonshire Red - 150g
Quicke’s West Country version of Red Leicester has a vivid orange hue and a moreish, nutty flavour. Made with milk from Quicke’s own herd of cows it is clothbound and the sunset colour comes from the addition of annatto - a natural vegetable dye. The truckles are matured for six months.
Black Bomber - 200g
Otherwise known as ‘The Terrorist’, the multi-award winning Black Bomber cheddar is a modern classic. As the Snowdonia Cheese Company’s flagship cheese, it marries a rich and tangy cheddar flavour with a smooth creaminess that lingers on the palate. The Black Bomber has won accolades at The Great British Cheese Awards, Nantwich International Cheese Awards, the World Cheese Awards and a Super Gold at Mondial Fromage in France.

SOFT & SEMI SOFT CHEESE
Baron Bigod - 250g
Made from an authentic French recipe, Baron Bigod is the UK’s only traditional raw milk Brie-de-Meaux style cheese. The milk is from Fen Farm’s herd of Montbeliarde cows which produce wonderfully rich milk from the abundant variety of grasses and herbs that grow on the grazing land surrounding Fen Farm. Aged for up to eight weeks, the result is an exceptional cheese recognised for its complex, earthy and mushroomy flavours.
Ragstone - 200g
At first sight this lactic goats’ log may look pure and simple, but beneath it’s delicate white rind is a surprisingly deep and complex cheese. There’s a racy acidity, which cuts through the richness, while vegetal notes and an earthy finish add further interest. There’s also an intriguing mix of textures with the thin rind giving way to an oozy, smooth cheese.
Oxford Isis - 200g
Washed in local honey mead, this semi-soft cows’ milk cheese has a velvety consistency and pungent, floral flavour. It was originally designed as a British cheese to rival Epoisses with an intense powerful aroma and flavour. Despite its rather unfortunate name choice this is a great British cheese.

BLUE CHEESE
Oxford Blue - 300g
A British cheese to knock the socks off Dolcelatte and Gorgonzola, Oxford Blue is a moist creamy cows’ milk cheese that has a wonderful aromatic finish. Not as spicy as Stilton with a softer, more giving texture, the cheese has an approachable and comforting, mellow quality that has delighted cheese connoisseurs.
